I haven’t found a perfect make up case, box or bag for eveyday use, until these chic vintage Vichy boxes caught my eye! I was looking for something practical, right size and shape. As you might now, Vichy was established in 1931 by two great men dr.Haller and Georges Guerin. As you can notice in the photos, the boxes have amazing 1931s thrust. The whole package also includes some mini products for skin cleaning, make up and care. Read more, if you want to know which products I use on daily bases.
As I mentioned in the introduction, I am going to tell you which product I use on a daily basis. After washing my face, I apply Vichy Idealia Creme (reviewed HERE) and use Vichy Aqualia Thermal Eye Roll-on if neccessery. Currently, I’m using Vichy Aera Teint Pure Foundation (reviewed HERE) and Vichy Derma Blend Ultra-Corrective Teint Stick Creme for problematic spots. On this photo you can spot LilyLolo and Maxfactor blush and bronzer. For a natural eye look I mostly use LilyLolo’s eyeshadows and a pack of Dior’s which I found really useful offering amazing colors. Essence Superfine Eyeliner Pen is probably the cheapest product I use, but I love it. I haven’t found it’s proper substitute that can draw such a precise line and last for hours. Mostly I draw the top line only, but when I border around the bottom of the eye, I use Maxfactor Kohl Pencil or any of the shadows with the brush. Otherwise I have a large set of brushes, but I mostly use the blending one from LilyLolo, two Mac’s, for blush the one from Estee Lauder, plus two from Estee Lauder for eyeshadows as well. I’m a fan of LilyLolo’s and Dior’s lipsticks, but there are only four shades I use on daily basis – Love Affair and Demure from LilyLolo, Dior Addict 783 Londres Lipstick and Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss Pearl 257. I always apply Carmex first. Considering the mascara; I tried many mascaras, but I always return to False Lash Effect Fusion from Max Factor. You can also find a Estee Lauder primer, which I use from time to time.
These are the main make up products I use practically every day to achieve a natural and fresh look.
