The Aqualia Thermal Dynamic Hydration Rich & Light Cream Comparison
Both, Vichy Aqualia Thermal Dynamic Hydration Rich Cream and Vichy Aqualia Thermal Dynamic Hydration Light Cream promise intensive hydration for up to 48 hours, they are enriched with Vichy Thermal Spa Water and Hyaluronic Acid, protecting the skin against daily aggressions, dehydration, they provide intense comfort while leaving you with a healthy soft-feeling and even more beautiful looking skin. Their packaging looks quite fancy with the mirror lid, however I’m not the biggest fan of jar cream packaging (I prefer not to dip my fingers in a product). Nevertheless, the rich and light versions look the same at first glance but the second you open the jar, you can clearly spot the difference. The light one looks more liquid, on the other hand the rich one looks and feels as-the-name-indicates richer, thicker (it’s more opaque as well). They both feel soft and fresh on my skin, absorb relatively quick (the light one faster). Since the rich one is suitable for dry to normal skin type and the light one for normal to combination skin type, there’s no surprise that I like the Aqualia Thermal Dynamic Hydration Rich Cream better. The lighter version just doesn’t seem enough for my dry-to-normal frequently dehydrated skin (it “demands” more in a few hours, which is far from the promised 48h). They are both nicely formulated; ingredient lists look OK; they are unlikely to break anyone out and are suitable for sensitive skin. The rich cream is one of my current favorites, I’m loving it as a day or night cream and the combo with the Serum is beyond amazing.
The best hydrating serum ever – Vichy Aqualia Thermal Dynamic Hydration Power Serum
I’ve wanted to try this product since it came out. I must admit I was expecting a lot from it and it hasn’t disappointed me. Whether you have dry, normal or combination skin type, this serum is the one to buy, if you’re looking for a lightweight product that will help you fight dryness and dullness. It gives my skin everything it needs to look healthy and radiant. I’ve been using it twice a day in combination with the Aqualia Thermal Dynamic Hydration Rich Cream. It works amazingly as a pre-foundation base and makes the application of the foundation super easy and smooth (I feels like it glides a bit). My skin feels (and looks) hydrated and healthy. The whole Vichy Aqualia Thermal range has always been close to my heart, since it does so much good to my skin and this product is probably my newest “star”. I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do!
