This year I returned to Mykonos for the second time and this time I combined it with the island of Santorini. I finished my Greek adventure in the luxury hotel Myconian Ambassador Relais & Châteaux, which impressed me with wonderful, clean architecture and design, exceptional breakfast and a good location, right next to the famous Platis Gialos beach. The reasons why you should choose Myconian Ambassador as your stay on the island of Mykonos are plenty. The first one is definitely the location – the hotel has an amazing view of the popular Platis Gialos beach (where you also find a variety of restaurants and bars), it is located a 10-minute drive away from Chora and 2.5km from the airport (the hotel offers complementary airport shuttle). Its location and allocation of its 69 modern, aerial accommodations offer you exactly what you need to relax and recharge your batteries for the next day of exploring the island. Secondly – well known for its purified appearance, accompanied by luxury and exceptional offer. Our room had a spacious terrace with a Jacuzzi, and a view of the hotel’s pool with sun loungers and George’s Bar. Some rooms even have their own infinity pool. Thirdly – spa & wellness (although I didn’t have the chance to try their services out, they looked marvelous and its reputation speaks for itself). The reason why I was so impressed was the food. Breakfast at the Latitudes restaurant was heavenly – everything you want and more! Poached eggs with avocado, fresh bread and croissants, freshly squeezed detox juice, Greek yogurt and even baklava. The food in Myconian Ambassador is simply amazing, so there’s no wonder that their other restaurant Efisia has an amazing reputation as well and it’s a perfect spot for a romantic dinner with candles.
