Deborah Milano brought out the first makeup collection devoted to our planet’s most important life source, water. The Water Effect Collection consists of some amazing colourful products that come in an artistic packaging designed my Alessandro Mendini (you could spot them displayed at EXPO in Milano as well). It is a limited edition (available from the end of June) worth checking out if you are a true makeup collector or just looking for some products to brighten up your makeup stash.
Il Rossetto lipstick (3,95€) comes in 4 amazing bold shades. The one I used to create this makeup look is the 01 Fresh Apricot, a stunning bright orange. The pigmentation is superb, formula is rather long lasting and not drying at all – it’s actually quite moisturizing and creamy actually (it contains hyaluronic acid, jojoba oil, sunflower seed and mimosa oil).
Glossy eyeshadow (3,84€) is a rather innovative product. It’s actually an eye gloss formulated to create a super-cool wet-looking sheen on your eyelids. Its clear, light and non-sticky consistency leaves a glossy vinyl shine and a dazzling effect. I love wearing it underneath some regular pressed or mineral eyeshadows, it makes an amazing effect and lets them stay on the eyelids even longer.
Probably my favourite one out of this collection is the Watery Mousse eyeshadow (4,53€). This moist mousse leaves a hint of colour with an amazing metallic sheen on my eyelids. The application is super easy, you just apply and blend it with your fingertips. I’ve been obsessed with the 01 Fair Nymphea shade, which is a warm toned bronzy-orange shade that matches my (green) eyecolour perfectly. It’s the most natural one out of the 4 shades available, however they are all truly stunning.
Last but not least, Liquid Gel eyeliner (4,73€) is the product that awakened my love for the eyeliner flick. It’s water-, transfer- and smudge-proof with an ultra fine tip that makes drawing a subtle (or thick) line super easy. I’ve got mine in 01 Deep Black and I am kind of sorry for not picking up some of the bolder shades instead. A dark black is timeless for sure, on the other hand the bolder ones are much more in trend right now.
Super izdelki, jih bom morala preizkusit. <3
"Penaste" senčke izgledajo luštno. <3 Bom morala malo pofribcat kako izgledajo v živo.
Meni so super.
